The Southernmost tip of Japan’s Yaeyama wrapping seas

The southernmost tip of Japan! Sea opening of Yaeyama where you can enjoy with local people. “Southern end of Japan! 2019 in Yonaguni Island of Yaeyama” will be held on Sunday March 24, 2019 (Sun) in Yonaguni Town. 
An event called “the southernmost edge of the seaside world” because it is held every year in Ishigaki, Taketomi Town, Yonaguni-cho in Okinawa Prefecture every year in mid-March. 
Every year on the day of the event is held from early in the morning, in addition to sea safety prayers, the first swimming by children, local folk art, comedy / music live etc. are held. Also, there are many programs that local people and tourists can enjoy together, such as announcement of Miss Yaeyama which is the usual one.
