Like most soba shops their menu is quite limited. There are about seven items on the menu which consists of three different kinds of soba in two sizes and the jushi (or what they have on the English menu as rice pilaf). I guess it really doesn’t matter since I’m quite happy with getting their Jushi and the Zeitaku Soba which is soba with broiled ribs that have a great sweet flavor to them. And there’s something about the soup that just makes me want to slurp every last drop down!
I love the soba here but it turns out I’ve only been here a handful of times since the hours are limited and they used to be closed on weekends. I prefer coming here with an extra pair of hands to help me out with my squirmy infant and toddler. Turns out that they are open on Saturdays as well now. Yahoo! Looks like I will be stopping by here more often in the future.
Hours: 11:00 AM -5:00 PM (CLOSED SUNDAYS)
Apparently there is more than one of these restaurants but I’ve only been to the one in Hamby Town.
